The Canadian Centre on Disability Studies (CCDS) is hosting a webinar, VisitAble Housing for Age-Friendly Communities on October 7th, 2015. The webinar is intended for people working on Age-Friendly Communities initiatives across Canada, but anyone is welcome to attend.

This webinar is intended to inform Age-Friendly Communities in Canada of ways to make their community more inclusive by promoting VisitAble Housing. This webinar will include:

  • Introduction to VisitAble Housing
  • Canadian examples of VisitAble Housing
  • Strategies for incorporating VisitAbility in Age-Friendly Communities
  • Recommendations and resources
